Paul was exceptionally helpful with an urgent request to reattach a guard on the bottom of our Tiguan, which dislodged due to debris on the 134 highway. I explained the urgent situation with 2 young kids--he saw our baby girl in the backseat and said, "You have a baby, we have to help you." And he did. I also appreciated his 10 principles posted in the office. They're no doubt worth their weight in gold and beyond. The price was very reasonable and I'll definitely bring my other vehicle in for similar existing issues.
